30-Day Return Guarantee If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization if applicable.
- Securely package your item and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Refund Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Items marked as final sale
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
